Role Play Basics
I am comfortable doing:
- Comment Chats
- Forum Skype Google Docs
~ I'm fine with any medium really, as long as I won't have to sign up for a new account. _(:3 / L)_ I even RP'd in the chat box of Phantasy Star Online 2.
I'm even willing to do it via SMS if it was just possible. XD
I am comfortable with: One on one role plays Up to three people
- Up to four people
- Five or more people!
X As big as possible!
~ Five is right about max. More than that and my brain might just get overwhelmed and I'll get tired quick and even feel a bit sick. Keeping track of and imagining many actions can be tiring.
I usually write about: One or two sentences. One or two paragraphs.
- Two to five paragraphs.
X More than five paragraphs.
X A few pages worth.
~ I might take up to three paragraphs when in Google docs, if the format we're using is likable to that of a novel, somewhat like a story book written by two or more people simultaneously. I do it sparringly though.
I am comfortable role-playing with people who write: One or two sentences One or two paragraphs
- Two to five paragraphs
X More than five paragraphs
X A few pages worth
~ Just as many people overwhelms me, posts too long get me tired too. I can't even get past a single day of investigating/trial in Ace Attorney Spirit of Justice without wanting to take a nap after a while. Though the fact that I crank up the 3D view everytime I play 3DS games might be a contributing factor. //ming To be fair it keeps me from playing all day.
I like getting requests from:
* Anyone and everyone at any time! When I ask for role-plays. From friends and acquaintances.
- From friends only.
~ I don't really mind who I roleplay with, what's important is the roleplay content, however there are times when I have many other ongoing sessions. Too many sessions of differing themes and moods is capable of getting me vomit acid in the morning. ÓuÒ (stress induced hyperacidity ahem) I might need to delay some requests sometimes.
** Important: Communication is the key to a real life relationship, it shouldn't be abandoned for a fictional one either! Be sure to talk to your partners when considering romance!
I am comfortable shipping my characters:
- Our character know each other deeply.
- Our character know each other deeply, and I know I can trust the role-player.
X At the first sign of flirting! Only if the role-player and I plan it. It depends on the character.
~ SHIPPINGPOW LV 9999. I prefer it if my characters have active shipmates. :-D TBH FantinexMinoru
is a planned ship. Otherwise it really depends on the characters' preferences and, well,
.FantinexMinoru has loads of allusion potential. From VaynexJessica to SimonxNia good lord! //SHOTTT
If you want to ship with my characters:
- Talk to me about it from the start. Talk to me about it once our characters know each other. Talk to me about it once they both have some feelings for each other.
- Talk to me about it when they finally decide that they want to go beyond hugging.
~ First item is too early. It'll only make me become like "Let's see if your chara is my chara's type." Last item is too late. "You should've asked me earlier you piece of crap."
When shipping my characters, I like the romance to happen:
X Swift as lightning!
X Fast, but not super fast.
- Happens in about three months.
- Slow and steady wins the race.
- Slugs know what's up! My relationships know no speed. They happen if they happen.
~ Exactly what it says on the tin. Also I like to keep things *cue ethereal sfx* realiiistiiiic~ 🎵🎶
When my characters get intimate, I prefer: To skip the act entirely.
- To write the build up, but skip the act.
X To write the act only if it is very special, but otherwise skip it.
X To write the act all the way through.
I'm not fond of smut to be honest... ÓuÒ
When it comes to artwork depicting our relationship please:
X Do not post it at all without talking to me. Post it if it is cuddles and hugs.
Post it if it is kisses.
- Post it if it is much more.
X Do not post it at all if it depicts sexual acts!
- Do not post it where I can see it, but draw what you like!
~ I'm a lot more lenient with artworks because I treat my characters like characters from a known anime or something; No one can really control fanart content so the famous Rule 34 will always apply. However, just like how I don't Google Oswald
pr0n even though I love them to bits, please don't let me see my characters doing asdfghjkl. _(<:3 / L)_
** Important: Always be sure to communicate with your partner individually if you think you are about to go outside their comfort zones even just the slightest bit!!
When it comes to violent situations, I am comfortable with:
- No violence at all!
- I'm fine with verbal arguments!
- Some violence, like a paper cut, or an accidental elbow to the face. Mild violence, such as punching, kicking, hair pulling.
Violence, such as stabbings.
Beyond violence, such as torture and more.
... This is a major tell on how much of a sadist I am. I must be screwed. O)-< I'm fine with any form of violence as long as the descriptions are not too graphic and things are kept in the T13+ rating. Lol ESRB style rating. This is the only rating system I understand. 'U'
Guess what, look at what I did to my own character
Also if you want to get my character killed, tell me first and let's keep it non-canon unless stated otherwise a'right?
Just a disclaimer though: Don't hold a grudge against me if I suddenly start blaming you for me having gastritis. XD Violence equates to intense feels straight off a thriller film and feels overload leads to being overwhelmed and being overwhelmed manifests into the physical body as feeling a bit sick and having a variety of stomach acid issues. 8D
If you are going to do something violent, please:
X Don't do it at all.
- Talk to me about it first. Surprise me!
~ Ai-same-CRIER! Arta me iyo. >uOd <--- Unknown language lol
- Do not post any dramatic scenes that that happened between our characters.
- Talk to me about it before posting! Post what you like!
~ Feels artwork attract lots of fans and curious viewers!
Now tag a few individuals, if you like, so you can better understand your partners!
