I saw this notice on the bulletin board about helping Blinky care for Floricus whatchamacallit. I'm not really into pets, nor am I good at caring for anything, really, but the notif said they were somewhat rare. That meant this is a chance that I cannot miss!

Quickly I borrowed a cookbook and tried my hand at baking. Skies forbid, don't make me bake. I nearly blew up the Flavescens kitchen thrice. It was a good thing all I needed to bake was a bunch of bite sized balls of bread. Maybe, anything more than that and the dorm would be on fire.

I would've just bought something if I could, but all soft food in the market might be too sweet or salty for the creatures. There's a creature in Alius called a Canesblanc and they can't be fed with chocolate.

With my tasteless snack in hand I went to the edge of the lake. I caught the flooples' attention by making ripples. They came to me like doves to bird seed and wrapped the bread pieces with their tentacles one by one to eat them. It was a good sight-- it seemed that they liked the grub.

I did this for a few days until one floople, the one with red diamonds on its back, decided my entire hand is food and grabbed it every time I came.

I have around five flooples under my care, but I guess "Red Diamonds" is the one most attached to me. I always have to sing Ms. Xenon's song so it will stop hanging on my arm and I can leave without getting Blinky pissed.

This is like, my third shot at drawing this.  The first was a long-gone draft/layout plan... thing, and the second shot was this, drawn with the help of EnzanBlues456. Now, with an idea on how to pull of the angle properly, I came up with this.
I can still see minor mistakes, but they are very minor, I can let them slide. =u=

Oh look at dat hair. It's my usual Miwa Shirow-inspired style rather than the strand-y ones seen in "saw no she sen". This is what happens when I check out new anime. I found out about Kiznaiver while drawing the second shot. Miwa Shirow art animated by Studio Trigger POW LV 9999.  

_{The initial title of this was "Feed M" as a homage to "Feed A" and the fact that his main act of care for the flooples is feeding them, thus "feed 'em" but I figured "Feed A" is a cue song and this artwork doesn't need a cue song. :I}
